Ruling on the Prosecutor’s Motion to terminate custody and impose restrictive measures on the suspects in the case of Armin Ćulum et al. (S1 2 K 045779 23 Krn), on 4 April 2025 the Court issued a Decision granting the Motion, terminated custody of the suspects Alen Leon Ćulum, Justin Dargel, Danilo Željko Katanić and Endrina Tankošić, and imposed on them the following restrictive measures:
- travel ban,
- ban on meeting with specific individuals, and
- mandatory periodical reporting to a state authority.
The imposed restrictive measures may last for as long as necessary, or until the Court decides otherwise, while they shall be checked for justifiability on a bimonthly basis.
In the same case, on 3 April 2025 the Court issued a Decision granting the Prosecutor’s Motion, and remanded the suspect Armin Ćulum in continued custody, previously ordered and extended by decisions of this Court, to last for the next 3 (three) months, i.e. until 3 July 2025, or until the new decision of the Court, all on the specific grounds of custody set forth in Article 132(1), Subparagraphs a), b) and c), of the CPC BiH.
